Lounges
There are four large lounge areas in the home, as well as informal seating
where residents can decide to relax and socialise.

We have several modern wall mounted flat screen televisions; displaying
daily shows as well as movie nights.

Our large light filled sunroom overlooking the beautiful garden area, provides an area to relax, while still being in the hub of the home to stimulate social activity.
Each lounge area offers fantastic views of the cricket club, the Cleveland Hills or Guisborough town centre, depending on the orientation.

Both lounges on the ground floor have access to garden areas. The sunroom on the ground floor has access to a large outdoor patio area, with various seating available and seasonal flower beds. This area oversees the town centre, allowing residents to watch the world go by in a relaxing environment.

The quiet lounge on the ground floor has access to another garden patio
which oversees the cricket club. With literally the best seat in the house to watch the cricket, this is a firm favourite for residents.

Residents from the first floor can access the garden areas daily using the lift and assistance from staff.
