Head Chef - Jennifer Norton

Jennifer Norton aims to ensure that the residents' dietary requirements and wishes are met at all times. Jennifer has worked as a Kitchen Manager since 2004. Jennifer joined the team in October 2015. 

 

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Management

  • NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery 

  • Advanced Food Hygiene

  • Intermediate level apprenticeship in Team Leading

  • Level 2 certificate in Team Leading

  • Healthy Food Special Diet

  • Level 1 cake decorating
